These Terms of Sale apply to orders placed with Ape For Good LLC (“APEFORGOOD”).

1. Orders

Until online checkout is enabled, submitting the checkout form sends an order request. No contract is formed and no payment is taken until we confirm the order, total price, shipping and applicable sales tax by email and you accept.

2. Prices and taxes
